Telecaller (Lead Generation Executive)

Role Overview: Responsible for calling leads, generating client interest, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound & inbound calling
  • Lead generation and follow-ups
  • Understanding client requirements
  • Scheduling site visits for the sales team

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English preferred)
  • Telecalling experience (any industry) is an advantage
  • Freshers with good communication skills can apply
  • Positive attitude and convincing ability

Property Advisor (Real Estate Sales) | (Experience Mandatory)

Role Overview: This role is strictly for candidates with real estate sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling clients and conducting site visits
  • Presenting properties and closing deals
  • Managing the complete sales cycle
  • Achieving sales targets

Requirements (Mandatory):

  • Real Estate Sales Experience is compulsory
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market
  • Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

Note: Candidates without real estate sales experience will NOT be considered.

Relationship Manager (Real Estate Sales) | (2–3 Years Experience Mandatory)

Role Overview: Responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the property buying journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing client relationships and regular follow-ups
  • Providing post-sales support and coordination
  • Handling client queries and resolving concerns
  • Driving repeat business and referrals

Requirements (Mandatory):

  • Minimum 2–3 years of Real Estate Sales Experience is compulsory
  • Proven experience in handling property sales and client closures
  • Strong client handling and relationship management skills
  • Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
  • Problem-solving attitude and service mindset
